TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN LOTTO HOT PICKS

1. DEFINITIONSFor the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "we" or "us" means Allwyn Entertainment (operator of The National Lottery), "you" or "your" refers to an individual participant in Lotto Hot Picks, and "the Game" means Lotto Hot Picks.

2. PARTICIPATION IN THE GAMEBy participating in the Game, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and a resident of Great Britain. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for as long as you participate in the Game.

3. HOW TO PLAYTo play Lotto Hot Picks, select your chosen number(s) from 1 to 5 using six main numbers drawn in The National Lottery draw. For each selected number, a fixed prize will be awarded according to the official odds table published by Allwyn Entertainment.

4. PRIZES AND PAYMENTSAll prizes are paid out as fixed amounts according to the winning combinations and corresponding prize values as stated on our website or lottery terminals. Prizes may be withheld if total payouts for any draw exceed its allocated prize fund, at which point adjusted payouts will be shared among winners.

5. ODDS OF WINNINGThe odds of winning any prize in Lotto Hot Picks are calculated based on the probability of matching all selected numbers with those drawn by The National Lottery's independent machines.

6. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICESWe reserve the right to restrict, suspend or cancel your participation in the Game if we reasonably believe you may be exhibiting problematic gambling behaviour. Please see Section 10 for our responsible gaming policies and links to support organisations.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICYYou agree not to use any device or software that interferes with the proper operation of the Game or any associated systems, nor attempt to alter or manipulate any outcomes through technical means.

8. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT OR PARTICIPATIONWe may terminate your account and participation in the Game at our discretion without prior notice if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws and regulations.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the law of Great Britain.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the law of Great Britain. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
